Anodized aluminum or stainless tags that mark machinery and equipment for maintenance tracking, with an optional barcode, QR code, or serial number that feeds directly into your CMMS. Send us your asset list and we'll handle the sequencing.

Specifications
- Sizes & Shapes: Rectangular data-plate format, 1"×2" and 1.5"×3" standard; custom sizes on request.
- Mounting: Two-hole or four-hole mechanical mount, or industrial-strength adhesive backing.
- Data Options: Sequential serial numbers, barcode (Code 128), or QR code linking to an asset record you provide.
FAQ
Can you generate the barcodes or QR codes from our asset list?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet with your asset IDs and we'll map each one to a tag, generate the codes, and send a proof sheet before we cut anything.
Will these hold up outdoors or in a wash-down environment?
Stainless steel is the right call for outdoor, wash-down, or corrosive environments. Anodized aluminum is fine for indoor, general-purpose use.
Do you support our CMMS format directly?
We work from whatever export your CMMS produces — a CSV or spreadsheet with the fields you need on the tag is all we need to quote and proof.
