- Sizes & Shapes: 2"×3" standard rectangle; custom sizes on request.
- Mounting: 3/16" pre-drilled top hole; wire or nylon tie loop available.
- Color Convention: Red for danger/lockout, yellow for caution/inspection — engraved or color-filled to your standard.
FAQ
Are these compliant with OSHA lockout/tagout requirements?
The tags meet standard legibility and durability expectations, but your lockout/tagout program's compliance is your program's responsibility — we'll engrave to whatever wording and format your safety plan requires.
Can each tag have a different name or date?
Yes — variable data (names, dates, asset IDs) is priced the same as sequential numbering, at +$0.75/tag.
Do you offer a write-on version for tags that change often?
A laminated write-on version is planned for a future product line. For now, engraved metal is the durable option; ask about blank write-on tags if your use case needs frequent updates.
